For the R100 we use a single dynamic driver to give punchy bass and a well balanced response across the board, in many ways similar to the R203. Using a dynamic driver rather than a combination of balanced armatures gives us a much wider choice of suppliers and helps us drive the cost down while still creating an awesome sound for both performance and personal listening.

For the R100 we created a simple modular design with the speakers and cable being a single assembly that locks into the custom earpiece. This makes them super-quick to build in the lab and means we don’t need them back to repair or remould, we can just send you the new part that you can fit yourself. All that means they cost less for us to keep on the road and less for you to get in your ears!

So how do we get started?
To You.
First, we’ll need to get your ear impressions. Wherever we can we’d much prefer to come to you and take them ourselves but, if that’s not possible, we’ll hook you up with someone we trust. It’s a completely painless process that takes about 10 minutes and however it’s done it’s included in the price. If you already have your own impressions (either digital or physical) you can send those in too and we can get started straight away. If you’re sending physical impressions please use a trackable service.
To Us.
Once your impressions are in the office we get to work and get your products ready to ship within 48 hours. If you have a specific date you need your order by make sure you tell us so we can take account of shipping times. Ensure that your invoice is settled and that the shipping address shown on it is correct so that production is not delayed.
To You.
As soon as your order is ready we’ll get it out to you. Earplugs will come through your door but monitors will require a signature. If you have any problems using or fitting your new ears please don’t hesitate to get in touch, you’re covered by all our guarantees and we’re always here to help.
